An OEM was not selling fully electric cars at acceptable volume.

Active powered automotive innovations by bringing in strategic partners and funding a capitalized cost reduction program that resulted in a first year zero cost lease which was attractive to certain municipalities. The client made a commitment to purchase a multiple of the cost reduction amount in media through Active.
Execution:
Working with their agency, Active placed Local Television. Media was purchased per existing guidelines, specifications, pricing and added value. Media posted to guaranteed goal.
